Description of the role: The PreK Lead Teacher at The Sapling School in Fair Lawn, NJ will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for preschool-aged children.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
Provide a safe and healthy learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Assess children's progress and communicate with parents
Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
Strong communication and organizational skills
Possess a valid teaching certificate
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
