In this role, youll provide learning support services to a manageable caseload of 18 students, helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. What Youll Be Doing: Delivering individualized and small-group instruction to students with IEPs Collaborating with general education teachers to promote inclusion and access Writing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs aligned with student goals Partnering with families and support staff to ensure student progress Maintaining compliance with state and federal special education regulations Ideal Candidate: Holds a valid Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential in California Has experience or interest in working with middle school learners Is organized, flexible, and a strong communicator Thrives in a collaborative school environment Why This Role?
