Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Elementary Teacher to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering standards-aligned instruction, developing individualized lesson plans, and supporting student academic growth in collaboration with families and school staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or related field
Valid Arizona Elementary Teaching Certificate or appropriate certification
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
SEI Endorsement preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Create a supportive classroom culture that fosters effective teaching and learning
Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to curriculum and state standards
Adapt instruction to meet the needs of individual learners
Communicate clear learning objectives using organized and precise language
Use technology and instructional best practices to enhance student engagement
Monitor and evaluate student progress
Maintain accurate records in compliance with policies and regulations
Communicate regularly with families regarding student performance
Support IEP implementation and collaborate in intervention planning for at-risk students
Supervise students during school activities and ensure their safety
