Outside The Box Behavioral Services in Pompano Beach, FL is looking for one part-time teacher needed – pre-k to 1st grade to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 4701 N Federal Hwy Suite 460. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Location: Travel to students’ homes North Broward area at this time. Students: Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) – RBT support provided Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours We are seeking a caring, creative, and patient teacher to provide individualized instruction for our micro-school students receiving ABA services. You will work with children in Pre-K through 1st grade in their homes, delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in reading, math, writing, science, and social studies . An RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) will be present during sessions to support each child’s learning and behavior needs. What You’ll Do: Travel to students’ homes for instruction (all materials provided) Teach individualized lessons aligned with Florida standards Integrate hands-on activities and multisensory learning Collaborate with the RBT to promote academic and social growth Track progress and communicate with parents and staff Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (or currently enrolled in an education program) Experience teaching or tutoring young children, preferably with ASD Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within our service area Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling All lesson plans and materials provided Supportive team environment Apply Today!
