Hi, We have urgent opening with one of our client for the role of Family Practice/ Primary Care for Palmdale, CA location. Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p with every other weekend (Same Hours). Will have days off during week when working weekend shift. Call Schedule/Responsibilities: no call Type of Patients/Cases: Family Medicine Outpatient Internal Medicine Patients - Cold/Flu/Diabetes Management/Chronic Conditions. Providers need to be comfortable doing things the facility way and consult with the patient (Example Provide a flu shot if they haven t gotten a flu shot, even though they are there for their knee or scheduling them for something else) Patients per Day/Volume: 3 Scheduled Patients per hour with 2 blocks scheduled for Mentor Spots. 20 Minutes per patient. Must be comfortable with telephone visits and video visits; Support Staff: Dedicated LVN s and MA s Responsible of Mid-Level Providers: n/a
