Location: Emmet Williams Elementary School Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a MTSS Interventionist at Emmet D. Williams Elementary school. This is a .40 FTE position starting August 25, 2025. The MTSS Interventionist will provide group and/or one-on-one literacy intervention using research-based instructional methods aligned to state standards and district curriculum, implement systematic, explicit instruction in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension and adapt lessons and materials to meet diverse learning needs, including those of multilingual learners and students with identified disabilities.

Qualifications: Must hold a valid MN Teaching License. Commitment to an equitable education experience for all. Proven experience teaching literacy in an elementary setting. Knowledge of evidence-based reading instruction, assessment tools, and intervention strategies. Strong skills in data analysis, progress monitoring, and differentiated instruction. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Compensation: Minimum full time, full year starting salary is $49,171 (prorated based on FTE - see matrix), plus a district contribution towards health and dental insurance.
