Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills through play and structured activities.
Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster educational growth and creativity. Provide care for preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Educate children on basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes through interactive activities. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess the development of each child, providing feedback to parents as needed. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Engage in daily communication with parents regarding their childs progress and any concerns. Experience
