Qualifications: California Special Education Credential - Mild/Moderate with English Learner (EL) Authorization Autism Authorization CBEST (California Basic Education Skills Test) Must demonstrate subject matter competency in Multiple Subjects Requirements: Ed.Specialist Instruction Credential (Mild/Moderate Disabilities); EL Authorization Resume Three (3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application Transcripts (Post BA) Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the specific needs of students with mild to moderate disabilities. Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and accommodate diverse learning styles. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth. Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive support for students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents regarding academic and behavioral development.
