We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our team. As a School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop lesson plans, deliver instruction, assess student progress, and provide academic support and guidance.
```Responsibilities``` - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Deliver engaging and interactive instruction to students - Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs - Provide academic advising and support to students - Utilize learning technology to enhance instruction - Foster the social, emotional, and intellectual development of students - Encourage creativity and critical thinking skills through various activities - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
```Qualifications``` - Associate degree in Education or related field -Updated Clearances - Knowledge of childhood development principles and learning styles - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using learning technology tools - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different situations - Experience in creative writing, public speaking, or proofreading is a plus
