We are seeking a full-time Middle School Math Teacher for the 2025–26 school year. This role is ideal for a collaborative, student-centered educator who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about supporting academic success and social-emotional growth in middle school learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach middle school math and related subjects in alignment with school curriculum

  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom culture

  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and administrators

  • Maintain timely communication with all members of the school community

  • Integrate educational technology and innovation into instruction

  • Participate in professional development and school events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and valid Minnesota teaching license required

  • Licensure and/or experience in Middle School Math and Science preferred

  • Strong classroom management skills, especially with middle school students

  • Effective, timely communication with students, families, and staff

  • Experience with educational technology (Google Suite, MacBook, Chromebooks, etc.)

  • Positive, team-oriented mindset and adaptability to new processes

Salary: $38,000–$45,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
