General Responsibilities for All Instructional Roles:
* Establish a positive, structured, and achievement-oriented learning environment * Implement standards-based unit and lesson plans in collaboration with grade/content teams * Provide differentiated instruction to meet student needs and ensure growth * Use data to guide instruction and inform interventions * Partner with families and staff to support academic success and student well-being * Participate in ongoing professional development and data review meetings * Support school-wide initiatives and uphold Kuumba's Core Values

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in education or related field * Delaware teacher certification * Prior experience in urban education or related field highly preferred
