What are the primary job responsibilities?
The Mentor Teacher plays a pivotal role in supporting and guiding new educators during their initial years of teaching. This position will enhance teacher retention, promote professional growth, and improve student achievement by providing structured mentorship aligned with Michigan's Mentoring and Induction Standards.
