At Synergy, every semester brings new opportunities—for students and educators—to reset, learn, and lead.As a teacher at Lad Lake Synergy School, you’ll deliver education that meets students where they are—academically, emotionally, and behaviorally. You’ll craft lesson plans aligned to MPS curriculum while leveraging trauma-informed practices, cultural relevance, and restorative approaches.
