Lead/Assistant Teacher Job Responsibilities: Follow all state regulations and Abacus policies Lead teachers create and implement lesson plans Care for and meet the needs of all children in your care Assistant teachers assist the Lead Teacher and follow the curriculum Infant lead teachers must always follow Safe Sleep practices.
