Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and learning.
  • Supervise and engage with children in daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate with parents about their child's development.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for nurturing young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a love for teaching.
