SCHEDULE FOR OUR LEAD TODDLER TEACHER: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

YOUR ROLE AS A LEAD TODDLER TEACHER: As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you'll bring positivity and serve as a role model for eager learners. You'll design engaging daily lessons that align with developmental goals, transforming ordinary moments into meaningful learning experiences. Collaborating with your team, you'll maintain a safe classroom environment where children can thrive. You'll teach new concepts, celebrate milestones, and foster strong partnerships with families, keeping them informed about their children's progress. In order to do this, you'll need to have at least one of the following: Completion of 18 credits in related coursework, including 3 credits in child/human growth and development, and 1,000 hours of experience working with children in an elementary school or a licensed childcare program Completion of 12 credits in related coursework plus 3,000 hours of experience working with children in an elementary school or licensed childcare program Non-expired child development associate (CDA) in center-based programs awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition A credential from a MACTE-accredited teacher preparation program 5+ years of experience as a licensed family childcare provider with no imposed enforcement actions Completion of the New Hampshire Early Childhood Apprenticeship Program 1,000 hours of supervised childcare experience in a licensed program and completion of a 2-year vocational course in career and technical education with 9 credits in related coursework Documentation that you are qualified for and employed as a lead teacher on or before November 6, 2017 Possessing a CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
