Lead Teacher
Insight Global is seeking a passionate, collaborative, and experienced Lead Teacher to join our Early Childhood Education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with toddlers and/or preschool-aged children in a certified child development center. This role requires a nurturing educator who is committed to fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and implementing a comprehensive early childhood curriculum aligned with Montessori principles (AMI or AMS certification strongly preferred).
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of young children.
- Observing and assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and communicating regularly with parents and caregivers.
- Collaborating with assistant teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive classroom experience.
- Maintaining compliance with all state licensing requirements and center policies.
- Utilizing standard office and classroom technology, including laptops and tablets, for lesson planning, communication, and documentation.
- Fostering strong relationships with families, encouraging open communication and involvement in the childs educational journey.

Skills and requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California.
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role. AMI or AMS Certification strongly preferred.
