Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement a comprehensive early childhood curriculum aligned with Montessori principles (AMI or AMS certification strongly preferred).
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of young children.
- Observe and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive classroom experience.
- Maintain compliance with all state licensing requirements and center policies.
- Utilize standard office and classroom technology, including laptops and tablets, for lesson planning, communication, and documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with families, encouraging open communication and involvement in the childs educational journey.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
AMI or AMS Certification strongly preferred
