Hours: Monday through Friday: 9AM - 6PM

Responsibilities include: Navigating the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps; managing the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures; providing a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors; creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum; ensuring the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish; and accurately completing all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.

Qualifications include: Must have at least 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility; comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements; the ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.
