Do you love working with curious, energetic 1-year-olds? We’re looking for a Lead Toddler Teacher to guide learning, nurture growth, and help our littlest learners explore the world in a safe, loving environment.

Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a toddler classroom with care, structure, and creativity
• Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans using the Streamin3 curriculum
• Communicate daily with families through Brightwheel — sharing updates, photos, and progress
• Support individual learning needs and work with specialists when needed
• Track student behavior, development, and assessments
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and safe
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• CDA with 3–8 years of toddler teaching experience will be considered
• Confident classroom leadership skills
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
