At Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood , we're looking for a passionate, patient, and creative Lead Toddler Teacher to guide our little learners (18-36 months) through exciting milestones and hands-on discovery . What You'll Be Doing: Leading a classroom of toddlers through engaging, play-based learning Designing fun, interactive activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth Creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where toddlers can explore and thrive Building strong relationships with parents and keeping them informed on milestones Mentoring and supporting assistant teachers -because teamwork makes the dream work! What We're Looking For: A passion for teaching toddlers and celebrating their everyday discoveries Previous childcare experience? Awesome! If not, a love for kids and a willingness to learn is key A creative thinker & problem solver who can turn everyday moments into teachable ones Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (because toddlers love being picked up!) Must meet Nebraska childcare regulatory requirements (including background & fingerprint check) CPR/First Aid certification? Great!
