As a Lead Toddler and PreK Teacher, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Early Childhood Education Director, your role will focus on implementing effective classroom management and teaching strategies, utilizing your expertise in early childhood education and curriculum development. With an Associates degree and Child Development Associate Certification, you will engage with students, promote their development, and collaborate with families to support each child's learning journey. Your strong communication skills and experience in toddler care will be vital in creating a positive and enriching atmosphere.

*Responsibilities* * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and PreK students. * Manage classroom activities to create a safe and nurturing environment. * Foster effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior. * Collaborate with staff to design and enhance curriculum, focusing on early childhood education principles. * Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and educational activities. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the classroom.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
