*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs for students, focusing on childhood development, literacy education, and behavioral management.

*Duties:*
- Create and execute engaging activities and routines tailored to the developmental needs of young children.
- Integrate age-appropriate educational materials and tools to enrich children's learning experiences.
- Foster a nurturing and safe environment conducive to children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Effectively manage and redirect children's behavior with empathy and positive reinforcement techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow caregivers and staff to ensure consistent care and communication.
- Regularly observe and evaluate children's progress and developmental milestones, adjusting activities and interactions accordingly.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages exploration, creativity, and curiosity while adhering to best practices in early childhood education
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Passion in childhood development principles and literacy education.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Experience in physical education and urgency support is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
