You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You: Are at least 18 years old, hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, are able to pass a background check, have a minimum of six months of professional experience working with children, and have a CDA or a degree in ECE. Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances. Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
