Lead Teacher Max 35 hour weekly schedule; 9-1:00 or 9-3:00 pm We seek a Lead teacher to work with our 15 months to 2 year old class. If you have experience in early childhood education, understand the unique developmental needs of this age group, are creative, hardworking, and excited by all things preschool, we are excited for you to join our team.  Our staff are like family to each other, supporting and collaborative. About Us Barnert Temple Preschool in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey strives to create an environment that respects and encourages the development of each of our children, and each member of our teaching staff. We continue to evolve and stay current. We are fortunate to be able to focus on nature and the environment, utilizing our gorgeous, wooded area as our outdoor classroom. We push one another to explore and utilize the best methods and practices in Early Childhood Education, including Reggio Emilia, Loose Parts and Emergent Curriculum based on children and teachers' interests.
