We’re looking for a Lead Teacher who can create meaningful, interest-based lesson plans, guide a team of co-teachers, and maintain an engaging, structured classroom environment. What You’ll Do Lead your classroom with confidence, setting the tone for a positive, nurturing environment Design and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support toddler growth Guide co-teachers and ensure daily routines run smoothly and consistently Support children in achieving milestones for language, motor skills, and social-emotional development Foster curiosity through hands-on, play-based learning Communicate with families through KangarooTime and build strong, trusting relationships Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets all licensing standards

Requirements: What You Bring Lead Teacher qualifications per state requirements Experience working with toddlers in a licensed early childhood program Strong organizational and leadership skills Extensive knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and maintain annual trainings Able to lift 50lbs and sit/stand for long periods of time Maintain active supervision with all children within sight and sound at all times A positive, patient, and collaborative attitude
