Lead Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum and Instruction: Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using our Wonder of Learning curriculum to spark curiosity and support holistic growth.
- Classroom Management: Build a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and positive interactions.
- Family Communication: Foster strong partnerships with families through regular updates, conferences, and collaborative goal-setting to enhance each child's journey.
- Health and Safety: Ensure top-tier supervision during all activities, adhering to licensing standards and promoting wellness for every child.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning through workshops, peer collaboration, and school-supported certifications to stay at the forefront of early education.
- Assessment and Documentation: Thoughtfully observe and document progress, using insights to tailor experiences and celebrate milestones with families.

Qualifications We're Looking for Top Talent:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field strongly preferred (Associate's degree minimum plus experience considered)
- Child Development Associate (CDA) also considered
- At least 2 years of lead teaching experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting, with a proven track record of innovative instruction.
- Completion of state-required pre-service training and ongoing professional development.
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Physical ability to actively engage with children, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
