What You’ll Do Develop and implement creative, interest-based lesson plans that spark curiosity and excitement for learning
Maintain a structured, organized classroom environment that meets state and program standards
Lead your co-teachers by setting a positive tone and providing guidance on daily routines and best practices
Foster strong relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
Track developmental milestones and share progress through family communication tools
Incorporate play-based learning that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all childcare regulations

Requirements: What You Bring Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in a licensed preschool program
A deep understanding of early childhood development and hands-on teaching strategies
Ability to create engaging, child-led lesson plans
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Meets state requirements for Lead Teachers (education and experience)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and maintain annual trainings
Maintain active supervision of all children within sight and sound at all times
A collaborative, positive attitude and a passion for early education
