We’re looking for a Lead Infant Teacher who brings both a nurturing heart and strong leadership skills to guide our classroom. What You’ll Do Lead and support your classroom team to ensure consistent, high-quality care Design and implement simple, interest-based curriculum that fosters early development Provide hands-on care: feeding, diapering, soothing, and engaging with intention Maintain a safe, organized, and peaceful environment for infants Partner with families by sharing updates, milestones, and building trusted relationships Use technology to document care and communicate with parents Train and mentor assistant teachers to follow best practices and routines Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing standards

If you’re ready to combine leadership, creativity, and compassion to create a space where babies thrive, we’d love to welcome you to our team. #MN123 Requirements: What We’re Looking For Experience caring for infants in a licensed childcare setting (preferred) A calm, nurturing nature and genuine love for babies Strong organizational and leadership skills Extensive understanding of infant development and responsive care CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) along with continuing education annually Meets state qualification requirements, undergo fingerprinting and background checks Ability to lift 50 lbs and respond quickly to children’s needs Maintain supervision of children at all times within sight and sound A calm, caring nature and love for the tiniest learners
