Do you have a heart for early childhood education and a gift for leading little learners? We’re looking for a caring, energetic Lead Teacher to guide our 3-year-old classroom and help shape young minds in a supportive, Christian-centered environment

Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a fun, safe, and nurturing classroom
• Plan creative, age-appropriate activities
• Support children in reaching their developmental milestones
• Communicate regularly with families using Brightwheel
• Collaborate with assistants, admin, and specialists when needed
• Help with meals, potty training, naps, and daily routines
• Be hands-on and involved — from circle time to outdoor play

Requirements

What You Bring:

• At least 21 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• 3+ years of classroom experience
• A warm, team-first attitude and love for little learners
