Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead a playful, energetic group of 2-year-olds? We’re looking for a Lead Teacher to guide learning, build routines, and bring joy to our toddler classroom. You'll be supported by an experienced assistant who knows the children well and is ready to help you succeed from day one!

Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a safe, structured, and loving classroom
• Create and implement fun, age-appropriate activities
• Use Brightwheel to share daily updates, photos, and progress with families
• Communicate clearly with parents and staff
• Work closely with assistants, subs, and admin to support classroom needs
• Support potty training, nap routines, meals, and transitions
• Keep your room tidy, organized, and inviting
• Support children’s developmental needs and collaborate with specialists if needed
• Track attendance, behaviors, and developmental milestones
• Contribute to monthly newsletters and planning

Requirements

What You Bring:

• At least 21 years old
• Experience in early childhood education (2+ years preferred)
• A degree or certification in ECE is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A heart for children and a love for learning through play
