The Learning Experience - Bushwick is looking for a qualified 2s Teacher to join our team!

Pay: $20 - $23 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday (Full Time)
Requirements: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education

As One of Our Happy Teachers You Will:


  • Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
  • Responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
  • Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support your centers success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of working with children and early childcare.
  • High school diploma or GED (Assistant teachers)
  • Lead teachers position - Associates in early childcare/CDA and study plan.
  • Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associates or Bachelors degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
