*Duties*
* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, social skills, and cognitive development. * Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Utilize various teaching methods, including Reggio-Inspired learning , to cater to diverse learning styles. * Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing individualized support as needed. * Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and structured routines. * Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns. * Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with early childhood education trends. * Engage in special education practices when necessary, providing early intervention strategies for children with unique needs.

* Strong background in early childhood education with experience working in daycare settings. * Proficiency in literacy education strategies to foster reading readiness among preschoolers. * Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment. * Ability to educate children effectively while being patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic. * Experience working with children of various ages and developmental stages is essential.
