We are seeking a warm, dedicated, and experienced  Lead Preschool Teacher  to join our team in a full-time capacity for the 2025–2026 school year. This position is based in a nurturing preschool classroom of 12 students, supported by 2–3 teachers.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required) Preferred Qualifications: New York State Teaching Certification in Early Childhood Education (Birth–Grade 2) NYS Statewide Central Register (SCR) Clearance Department of Investigation (DOI) fingerprinting Current CPR and First Aid certification Prior experience working in a classroom setting Key Attributes: Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Open to learning and implementing new curricula Organized and dependable with a strong commitment to child development Responsibilities: Lead classroom instruction and daily activities Support curriculum planning and implementation Participate in classroom setup, daily routines, and cleaning duties Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Compensation:  Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
