We support the whole person: Enjoy 3 week-long paid breaks, 6 paid federal holidays and 88 non-discretionary hours paid time off. Participate in 6 in-service days annually. Receive access to medical, dental, and vision insurance with notable employer contributions. We are Science-Driven: Join a community that blends research-based methods with deep regard for each child’s voice and joy. We strive to be kind: Work with people who would rather share success stories than gossip or gripe. We know that staff who are supported and treated well are most likely to model these qualities for children. We celebrate change: Receive frequent feedback in a supported, safe setting. We are all learning together. When we make mistakes, we acknowledge them and move forward with a shared mission of child progress.
