Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum - Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow - Conduct activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual development - Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met - Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development - Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
