Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher located in Fort Worth, TX. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans and curriculum tailored to early childhood education at a nature based setting. Daily tasks include creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, guiding children's behavior, and fostering communication skills. The Lead Preschool Teacher will also collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment for all children.

Qualifications Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development Strong background in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten Excellent Communication skills Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment Experience working with young children is a plus Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
