As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing, loving, and engaging environment for children aged birth to Pre-K. Responsibilities: Provide a warm, respectful, and trusting environment for children in the preschool age group (birth Pre-K). Develop and implement lesson plans that engage and inspire young learners. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Foster a positive, educational, and fun atmosphere to promote a love of learning. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to ensure a high standard of education. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Guide and mentor assistant teachers, ensuring they adhere to educational standards. Qualifications: Current State of Florida Staff Credential Current CPR and First Aid Prior experience working with preschool-aged children (birth Pre-K). Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others. Ability to develop engaging, age-appropriate educational activities.
