Tiny Tech Learning Lab in Philadelphia, PA is looking for one lead preschool teacher to join our team. We are located at 5951 Rising Sun Ave, 19120. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Create a developmentally appropriate program for our students
• Develop weekly lesson plans, activities and class set-ups
• Assess children’s needs and development
• Work closely with families to encourage mutual cooperation
• Provide guidance to instructional staff to help resolve issues with students when necessary
• Ensure the safety of all children in our program
• Closely follow licensing regulations related to childcare

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in teaching capacity and lesson planning
• Passionate about the development and well-being of children
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PA Child Abuse, Criminal History and FBI Clearances
• TB test and current (within 12 months) health assessment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge of Keystone Stars preferred
