We are looking for positive individuals looking to join our "Tot Spot Family". We are seeking energetic Lead Teachers looking to work in a fun, loving, positive diverse family environment. The position pays between $15-$19 based on education, in-class teaching experience and availability. We are looking for Lead Teachers who are willing to take ownership of their classroom. Lead Teachers will lead in classroom education, general classroom management, and supervision of students. This will include the ability to implement activities for children that stress the physical, social, and emotional growth of young minds. We are looking for Lead Teachers willing to believe in our culture. We support a high standard of ethical and moral conduct and have given our parents expectations of our staff to be honest, reliable, hard-working people who provide first-class service.
Lead Teacher Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support and implement The Tot Spot philosophy in both classroom activities and routine conversation. Interact with children throughout the day. Look, listen and learn from our students. Respond to our children's needs, emergencies, and conflicts that might occur. Meet and build relationships with parents and staff The Tot Spot Early Education Academy is a center-based early childhood program located in Fishers, IN. Our main mission and focus are to provide consistent, quality care for the students and families in our program by sticking to our values:
