Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the educational experience. Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool/Pre-K or early childhood setting. Valid state teaching license or certification in early childhood education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Passion for working with young children and their families. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
