B'Above Preschool is looking for experienced, qualified, professional *Lead Nursery* *Teachers (Ages 2-3)* to teach in our family-oriented year-round program. Positions are open for our Nursery Program. Full-time work schedule, Monday-Friday.

Ideal candidates have experience working with students in an early childhood setting. Candidates must be highly motivated and passionate about working with children. Must be able to establish and maintain good relationships with parents, children, and co-workers. Must be warm, nurturing, and possess excellent verbal and written skills.
Lead Teachers responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* lesson planning and implementing instructional activities including a variety of themes and subjects based on the Creative Curriculum. It must incorporate subjects such as math development, language development, diversity awareness, gross and fine motor skills development, self-help skill development, science, art, music, health and hygiene, social studies, and self-esteem. * establishing, implementing, and reinforcing classroom rules, supervising classroom activities, monitoring and maintaining positive behavioral management. * interacting with parents and maintaining an open line of communication through conferences, our school APP, weekly newsletters/reports, classroom functions.
Requirements
* Nursery Lead Teacher candidates (Ages 2 and up) *must *have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education *\*OR\* *have 90+ credits in Early Childhood Education and be currently on a study plan leading to a degree in Early Childhood, Childhood Education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $42,000.00 per year
