To be a lead teacher, the qualifications include:

  • 1 year of childcare experience
  • 45 Hour Infant/Toddler Certification
  • 45 Hour Growth and Development Certification
  • Americans with Disabilities (ADA)
  • Basic Health and Safety
  • Breastfeeding
  • Sudden Infant Death Syndrome training (SIDS)
  • CPR/First Aid certification, Medication Administration training
  • 9-hour communication training
  • Allergy Training
  • And Sexual Abuse training

Compensation: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
