Are you a passionate early childhood professional ready to lead with excellence? We're hiring a qualified Infant Nursery Supervisor (INS) to guide our infant program and mentor a team of nurturing educators.
*Pay & Compensation*

*What You'll Do*
* Lead, supervise, and support infant classroom teachers * Maintain full compliance with Colorado state infant nursery regulations * Implement our research-informed curriculum * Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment * Build meaningful relationships with families * Mentor Assistant Teachers and model high-quality care
*Requirements*
* Colorado Infant Nursery Supervisor (INS) qualification (preferred) * Coursework in ECE preferred * PDIS Level 2.0 or 3.0 preferred * Must pass all background checks * Physically able to lift infants (up to 35 lbs)
