As a Lead Infant Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Curriculum: Create and execute age appropriate lesson plans and exercises that meet children's needs across all areas of development.
- Individualized Guidance: Perceive and address the individual needs of each child to help them grow to their highest potential.
- Parent Correspondence: Maintain open and positive communication with parents about their little learner's days.
- Group Cooperation: Work cooperatively with our school team to promote a positive and nurturing environment for all.
- Keep a Protected Climate: Guarantee the security and prosperity of all kids by complying with wellbeing and security rules.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
- Previous experience as an Infant/Toddler Teacher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children.

Do you:
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- Have a CDA, Associates Degree in ECE or related field
- High school diploma/GED (required)
