What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll guide young learners through play-based experiences and developmentally appropriate lessons. You'll build strong classroom communities, encourage creativity, and create a space where children feel safe, seen, and supported every day.

Your Role Includes:

Leading daily activities and implementing engaging curriculum

Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

Communicating with families and sharing their child’s learning journey

Maintaining a clean, safe, and joyful classroom environment

Collaborating with your co-teachers and participating in school events

✅ What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED required

CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in ECE is a plus (or interest in earning one!)

1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a love for working with kids

Ability to lift 50 lbs and actively engage with young children
