Lead Early Childhood Teacher - Two Year Olds

We are seeking a Lead Teacher in our two year old classroom to join our organization! This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children along with a co-teacher. This position would be Monday through Friday 7:30 am. - 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the class in developmentally appropriate activities.
* Create a fun and safe learning environment
* Present Bible stories from our curriculum
* Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
* Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
* Maintain the health and safety of all students
Candidates should be comfortable working with children ranging from infants-5 years old, but will be with our two year old class the majority of the time. If you love little children and want to help them learn and grow, this is a great job for you. We have great families and a wonderful staff to work with. Hourly pay rate is based on education and experience.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
* Must be lead qualified according to Wisconsin DCF standards
* Infant/Toddler Certification preferred
* Passionate about working with children
* Ability to build rapport with children
* Positive and patient demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Associates Degree or higher strongly preferred
* Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
