What You'll Be Doing:

Engaging & Educating: Lead fun, hands-on activities that spark creativity and learning.
Safety First: Keep our little ones safe, happy, and thriving.
Building Connections: Create a welcoming, inclusive space where every child feels valued.
Team Player: Work closely with fellow teachers and parents to ensure the best care possible.
Master Multitasker: Accept group hugs, manage snack time chaos, and keep up with energetic toddlers-all at once!

What We're Looking For:

Must be 18+ years old
Previous childcare experience preferred (but if you have a natural talent for working with kids, we'll teach you the rest!)
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethic
Willingness to embrace our core values: Collaboration, Innovation, Communication, Nurturing, Positivity & Fun!
Ability to meet state childcare licensing requirements
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and safely lift infants in and out of cribs
