When: Saturday (08/16/25) and Sunday (08/17/25) Time: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Location: Sunshine Academy of Flagler 170 Old Kings Rd South Flagler Beach, Fl 32136 Walk in anytime during these hours - no appointment for interview is needed!

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Support children's growth in social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Early Childhood Education is preferred
• 45 DCF hours, CDA, FCCPC, or degree in Early Childhood Education (or willingness to pursue)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

The Association for Early Learning Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving directors, owners, and administrators of early care and education programs since 1984. Our goal is to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and abilities of directors, owners, emerging leaders, and other early learning professionals to ensure quality programs for young children.
