What Youll Do
Lead Teacher Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
Foster a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow
Supervise assistant teachers and classroom helpers
Build strong partnerships with families and fellow staff
Assistant Teacher Responsibilities:
Support lead teacher with daily routines and classroom activities
Engage with children through play and learning
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
Provide positive reinforcement and emotional support to children
What Were Looking For
Passion for working with young children (6 weeks 12 years)
Team players who are dependable, flexible, and upbeat
Previous experience in childcare is a plus (required for Lead Teacher)
High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework preferred
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
